We make it as easy as possible. We listen to your needs and desires to develop a plan, all while keeping your financial goals and budget in mind.
I can accompany you to the various showrooms and provide selection assistance for granite, paint, tile, flooring, cabinets and any other finishing touches to make your home perfect!
These are our 4 simple steps:
*Contact Us – Make an appointment to meet where we will discuss details of land, desired build and budget.
*Plan Review & Contract – Plans are drawn, priced and contract is signed.
*Financing – We submit loan application and contract to my pre-approved lenders. If you own your land, chances are that you already have enough equity to qualify for no money down payment
*Construction – Foundation is started, usually within 6 weeks of application and home is completed in 4-5 months, in most instances.
