“We had spoken with several builders small and large. None of them would take the time to come and look at our lot that we had purchased a few years ago. It is on a pretty steep incline next to a large river and they were not interested at all. My wife and I had spent a lot of week-ends clearing and mowing this lot and had completely fallen in love with it. When I called Stephen, he came out that evening, discussed our plans and within a week had some preliminary plans and pricing for us! His pricing was around $100 sf, which we were told by other builders that it would be $200 minimum, and his plans only needed a couple of tweaks which he took care of immediately. His brother Darren, which is the Superintendent, then showed up on a Sunday to look at the sight and verified that we could build on it. We were so impressed with this Brother Team that we knew we had found our Builder! We are almost ready to move in and could not be happier with the process and results!”
